It's Monday here in Chicago. The air is chilly. We had a bit of hail yesterday. Not much, just enough to bang on the windows. We stayed in for the night. There is a threat of frost tonight.
I want to say that Facebook is a wonderful site. I joined to be part of a group of people that blog about their cats, but I also met up with old friends from my days of doing community theater. Now, we can be in touch even if folks have moved away. I look forward to sharing stories with all the people that I have met using this tool. I hope that this blog can be informational and inspirational as well.

Starting again.
I hope to use this blog to convey my thoughts so people don't have to work so hard to undestand me.
I have just been interupted by a squeak from Carmela. She is trying to burrow into some clothes that are on the bed. She is cute and funny. Much like her sister. I has been a month and a half since Lucinda passed away. I miss her every day. I miss the way she would sit on my shoulder and purr in my ear. I miss they way she could jump on the bed at night, curcle my pillow, burrow under the covers, and finally lay her head next to mine on the pillow. She was my sweet baby. We still sense her presence. She talks to us and lets us know that she is protecting us.
We love you Lucinda.
